Patient Scheduling To schedule an appointment, please call +1 (717) 531-6585 and press "1" on your telephone keypad. The schedulers are available to help you Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00am - 4:30pm and Thursdays, 9:00am until 4:30pm Eastern Time. Referring Physicians Referring physicians should contact us through our appointment line at +1 (717) 531-6585, option 1. If you are mailing medical information about the patient, please send it to: Medical Records If you are faxing information about the patient, please send fax it to (717) 531-0429 and specify the patient's name in the fax.
