For many people, September is the beginning of the busy time of year. To reduce the risk of cancer, it's important for you and your family to maintain a healthy diet. Avoid fats and fried foods, and eat lots of veggies! It has been estimated that between 35-60% of cancers have a dietary risk factor. Consult your family physician before radically changing your diet.
